Blue - Purple - Red State Legislation
"Blue" states vote Democrat in Presidential elections. Try this sample, or pick your favorite "blue" state".
- New Jersey LegislatureBoth bills and statutes can be found under the "Bills" dropdown.
"Purple" states might also be called "swing" states or be truly split, such as voting Republican in a Presidential election but electing a Democratic governor. This designation is often made based on the results of the most recent Presidential election.
- Arizona Revised StatutesLook up laws in place as of January 1st of the current year.
- Arizona - Introduced BillsSearch bills, memorials and resolutions measures enacted or under consideration by the Legislature.
- Georgia General Assembly Legislation SearchSearch bills in the current session back to 2001.
- Michigan LegislationSearch bills in the current session and laws back to 1989.
- Pennsylvania General Assembly - Bills and AmendmentsSearch the current session back to 1953.

- Missouri House and Senate Joint Bill TrackingYou can also search for bills separately on the Missouri House and Senate websites.
- Oklahoma LegislatureYou can browse bills by subject by clicking "Legislation," then "Advanced Bill Search," and then "Subject."
- Texas LegislatureFor state laws, you can click "Search," then "Texas Statutes." This will take you to the Texas Constitution and Statutes website, and from here, you can browse statutes from the homepage, or you can click the "Search" tab to perform a keyword search.
- Idaho Legislature"Bill Tracker" at top; "Laws & Rules" link in the picture grid below.
- North Dakota Legislative BranchTo find current laws, click "Constitution, Laws, and Admin Code," then "Century Code." To find bills for the most recent legislative assembly, click "Session Information," then "Bills and Resolutions."
- South Carolina LegislationFor current laws on the books, look under "South Carolina Law" and choose "Code of Laws." For bills, choose the search method you'd like to use under "Search Current and Archived Legislation."
- TennesseeFind both bill search tools and the Tennessee Code under the "Legislation" heading of the site map.
- Wyoming LegislatureFor current laws, click the "State Statutes & Constitution." For bills, look under the "Legislation" heading near the bottom of the page.
