Borrowing Policies

Library materials may be borrowed by current NWACC students and employees. You must present an NWACC ID card at the time of check out to borrow an item from the library. Loan periods vary by item type and are listed below. Due to the unique circumstances of this time, we have made some changes to our loan periods. Please see below for Fall 2020 loan periods. However, please keep in mind, these processes are subject to change as the situation develops.

If you are an Adult Education Center student you must have a signed Adult Education Library Card Application form on file with the library verifying your status as an Adult Ed Student each semester. If you do not have an NWACC ID the library can provide a library card for you. Adult Education students may only check out books and media for 2 weeks, no equipment, and more than 10 items at once. No renewals.

Ask an Adult Education faculty or staff member to sign the form verifying your status and bring it to the Library to get started.
