Papercut: Student Printing

Launch the Papercut App

How It Works

Papercut is the print management system used at NWACC. If you are on-campus you can access your Papercut account to check your balance and print from the campus wifi network at papercut.nwacc.edu/

You cannot access Papercut if you are off-campus.

Each semester every student receives $5.00 in college-provided printing credit, however this is not real money. It is simply a credit for free printing up to the value of $5.00. If you do not expend your entire $5.00 credit, any balance remaining will not roll over to the next semester, however, you do receive a new $5.00 credit the next semester.

If you expend your $5.00 credit, you can add additional money to your Papercut account with a debit or credit card. To add funds to your PaperCut account, please use the following steps:

  • Go to papercut.nwacc.edu and login using your MyNWACC Username and Password
  • Click on Add Credit on the left hand side
  • Choose the amount you would like to add.
  • Fill out the payment information
  • Click Submit.

*Again, you must be on-campus to access Papercut and add funds electronically

Any additional money (not the college provided credit) added to a student's account will roll over to the next semester. We cannot give refunds for money students add to their Papercut account. Be mindful when adding money to your account.

Black & White prints are $.05 each, color prints are $.50 each. If you have problems printing please see the library/lab manager at the time of the problem, or email library@nwacc.edu.

You can also use your Papercut account for photocopies and scanning at the Information Commons in Bentonville or Washington County. Simply log in to the photocopiers in either location with your MyNWACC Username and Password, and choose Access Copier. Black & White photocopies are $.05 each, color photocopies are $.50 each. You can scan and email documents at no charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot always support special printing needs, such as printing on special paper, etc.. At peak times of the day we may ask you to return at a less busy time and/or direct you to other service providers such as FedEx Office or Office Depot. Thank you for your understanding.
